Convention Center:
This building is used for family reunions, meetings, parties. It is one building (size 90'x40') that has two sliding doors inside which can divide the building into three smaller rooms (30'x40'). The building has one kitchen that is rented on a first-come first-served basis. Two rest rooms are available in the building.

Day Out: This building has tables and benches to seat 20-30 people. There is a refrigerator and sink. No stove. The building has A/C.

$195.00 - 3 days

Hangout: The Hangout is fully enclosed, with a kitchen and restroom; tables and benches to sit 50-60. It has central heat/air, a kitchenette (sink, counter, refrigerator, stovetop).

Rates for Hangout:

$175.00 - 1 day
$250.00 - 2 days
$325.00 - 3 days

Picnic Area: Area with reserved picnic tables.
$50.00 - 1 day; $75.00 - 2 days; $100.00 - 3 days

In most instances, for early check-in or late check-out, you will need to rent the meeting facilities for additional days - (previous day for early check-in or next day for late check-out).
